Grilled Angus entrecote

Warm enough to partially melt the “Parmesan” flakes but not too warm in order to keep the entire crispy bed of fresh rocket salad ! That’s how our seasoned Uruguayan Angus steak gets grilled from Chef Alfredo , completed with some local cherry tomatoes and a touch of balsamic cream .
